for those who want a cheap light to set up an ADA natural style aquaria, you cant go wrong with this light. Very sleek and modern, it complements planted rimless tanks quite well.

A good product from a good company
To most Americans, Finnex is not a well known company. It is a company from the Republic of China (aka Taiwan) that specializes in aquarium merchandise from tanks to lighting fixture. This is a really nicely made small fluorescent lamp for nano tank. The bulb is plenty bright for all practical purposes and can be easily replaced when needed. I have used this light for 3 months (8-10 hours a day) and have not had any problems.
Great Light
I ordered this light as a replacement for a coralife T5 I bought on amazon which broke within a few months. This light happend to fit my 20 gal freshwater hexagon perfectly. I plan on converting the tank to salt water, and feel this light will work great in that application as well. The LED moonlights are cool, and the regular light has a nice slightly blue/ bright white color temperature to it which is pleasing. I have seen some agressive algea growth, so plant growth must be on par as well. For the price I feel this light was a great purchase and would recommend it!
