The moonlights are perfect as described. The twin pair just comes with a splitter to split the power off the single transformer to both sets of lights. The brightness doesn't seem affected by the splitter.
These aren't water proof, they may handle an occasional drop of water, but thats about it.

Excellent light
I bought this light three years ago but it expired and I had to get a replacement. The moonlight provides excellent nighttime lighting!!!!
