You also have control of adjusting the LED lamps angle where the fixture's bar meets the lamp head. With the LED lamps facing out and parallel to the ground, from the base the aquarium sits to the LED's fixture's adjustable lamp head, one measures 14" while the other 15.25" tall. The base the aquarium sits measures 13" x 8.5".
